毎年人間ドックの時は胃カメラを行ってましたが、大腸カメラをまだ１度もやった事なかったので今回実施する事にしました。 毎年別のクリニックでしたが、胃カメラと大腸カメラを日帰りで出来る所から検索すると数件ヒットしましたが、こちらが家から近く評価も良かったので決定しました。 通常の人間ドック部分は短時間で済ませ、胃カメラと大腸カメラを眠ってる間に終わると言う素敵な人間ドックになりました。 麻酔から目覚めて着替え後にはヤクルトいただき美味しかった。 最後の診察時に大腸に良性ポリープがあり切除した事を告げられましたが、手術に該当する為、大腸カメラは保険診療に切り替えになり3割負担でしたが、生命保険から手術費として支払いされる事になりました。 綺麗なクリニックで看護師さんの対応も良くまた来年も人間ドックでお世話になりたいと思いました。 切除したポリープは10日後くらいに病理検査の結果が出るので通院予約をとりました。

I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy. Easy peasy. The clinic was orderly and comfortable. The doctor explained the results in English adequately and was very pleasant. Thank you.

I visited this clinic about two weeks ago when I was going through a very difficult time. For days, I had such severe stomach pain that it kept waking me up in the middle of the night. Since I don't speak Japanese fluently, finding a clinic where I could communicate was my main concern. I was so relieved to find Neo Healthcare, which has an easy English booking system and a doctor who can consult in English. After hearing my symptoms, the doctor suggested a gastroscopy. In my home country, you usually have to wait days or weeks for an appointment like that, but since I arrived early and hadn’t eaten breakfast yet, the doctor offered to do it immediately. I was really surprised and grateful I didn't have to make a second trip. The procedure was painless and the staff were very professional and kind, which helped me stay calm. It turned out I had a duodenal ulcer. After taking the prescribed medication, the pain stopped. I am so incredibly grateful to finally be able to sleep peacefully through the night again. Because this clinic specializes in gastroenterology, I highly recommend it to anyone in Osaka who is suffering from stomach pain.

We had a previous reservation at another clinic but it turns out that the said clinic is exclusively for tourists only (the rate is around 500 US dollars) because they won’t be accepting our insurance card since we work and live here in Japan. NEO HEALTHCARE was our first option when we were searching the web but when I called and ask if they speak English, the person told me “No English” (that is why we went to the aforementioned clinic). But after the misunderstanding from the first clinic, we decided to try to go to the NEO HEALTHCARE clinic because my friend is really feeling pain in her abdomen. After the usual registration with the receptionist, my friend was finally directed to go the consultation room. My friend was so surprised when she heard the doctor speaks English ☺️ all the while thinking that they only speak Japanese in this clinic. We had a very nice experience in this clinic with everything from the reception area, clean and relaxing, you won’t feel stressed because of the very tranquil ambiance of the place, and it also smells so nice. The attention that they give to you is superbly expressed thru their service. What’s more surprising is that they even give us a free transport service to and from the Osaka City General Hospital because my friend needed to undergo MRI/CT scan. I would like to sincerely thank the doctor and medical team for the colonoscopy and endoscopy. The procedure was explained clearly in advance, which helped me feel reassured and confident.
